System Users

System users are individuals who have access to the personal account and can manage assets within the system or the mobile app.

To view and manage the current system users, navigate to “Settings” (1) -> “Users” (2).

Adding a User to the System

To add a user to the system, a user with access must click the “Add User” button (3) and fill in all the required fields in the form:

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Email
  • Password

Then click the “Save” button. The created password should be passed to the employee for logging into the system.

Editing User Information

To edit user information, click the edit icon (pencil) to switch to edit mode, make the necessary changes, and save the updated information in the system.

Deleting a User

To delete a user from the system, click the delete button (trash icon) in the user list. The user will be removed from the system, but their action history will remain saved and visible in the system.
