Download and installation of the mobile app

This section describes how to download the UNIO24 mobile app and keep it on the current version.

Downloading the app

The app is free and available in both stores:

Open the link for your platform (or find the app in the store by searching for “UNIO24”), tap Install, and wait for the download to finish.

Keeping the app on the current version

The UNIO24 platform requires a reasonably recent version of the mobile app. If the installed version is too old to work with the server, the app shows an Update required screen. This screen states which version is installed and which one you need to update to, and has an Update button.

This screen is blocking: until the app is updated, you cannot continue. Tap Update to open the App Store or Google Play, and install the latest version. After the update, launch the app again and sign in as usual.

To make this screen appear less often, enable automatic app updates in your store settings.
