Audit reference

Form fields
Section titled “Form fields”The create form has the heading Audit information.

Scope options
Section titled “Scope options”Set in the Audit source field. It is chosen at creation and does not change after saving.

Toggles

Audit list columns
Section titled “Audit list columns”| Column | Contents |

| Verified | How many assets are verified out of the total, with a progress indicator |

| Status | ”active” or “closed” |
The rows offer the Edit and Delete actions (subject to permissions).
Marking asset presence
Section titled “Marking asset presence”In the asset list, presence is marked with two buttons.

Each asset also shows the Checked by column (who marked the asset and when) and the Note for this asset… field.
Asset conditions
Section titled “Asset conditions”The set of conditions is configured in the “Asset Conditions” settings section and may contain custom values. System values:

Access permissions
Section titled “Access permissions”Audit permissions follow the audits.* pattern. They are assigned through the user’s role.
