Users reference
The factual list of columns, fields, and permissions for system users. For step-by-step actions, see the Managing users section. For how it works, see the System users section.
List columns
Section titled “List columns”The Settings → Users section, the System users page.

| Employee name | The user’s last, first, and middle name |
| The login address; an Invited badge appears next to it if the invitation has not yet been accepted | |
| Role | The assigned access role; for the system role and the full-access role it is shown as a colored badge |
| Last login | The date and time of the last login; ”—” if the user has not yet signed in |
Above the list there is a search field by name and email.
Invite dialog fields

When inviting from an employee card, the Email field is filled from the employee profile, and the Role field is shown only if the current user has full access.

Edit fields

There is no password field: you cannot set or reset anyone else’s password.
Access permissions
Section titled “Access permissions”User permissions follow the users.* pattern and are assigned through a role.

Inviting an employee as a user from an employee card requires the right to edit employees (employees.edit).
