Settings reference

The order of the rows matches the order of the items in the Settings section menu. The “Access” column lists the role permission or module without which the item is not shown.

Ticket auto-assignment is configured on the Routing tab of the Ticket Settings page (requires the “Tickets” module), not as a separate page.

These directories live not in the settings section, but in the Directories group of the main menu.
