Roles reference

Within each group, permissions follow a single template. Not every action exists in every group.

Groups are spread across tabs. The Core tab is always available; the Tickets and Work Orders tabs appear only when the corresponding modules are enabled.

The “Full access” attribute is a property of built-in roles; it cannot be set with a checkbox in the dialog. A custom role’s permissions are configured with checkboxes in the matrix.

The Delete role window with a replacement role choice appears only if the role being deleted has users assigned. If the role is not assigned to anyone, a regular delete confirmation is shown.
